Warren Walter Honimar of Warren passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Somerset. He was 59 years old.

Born in Perth Amboy, he was raised in Woodbridge, where he attended school, and then resided in Hillsborough before moving to Warren 10 years ago.

Warren worked at ARC Branchburg Sheltered Workshop and Easter Seals Sheltered Workshop in New Brunswick.

He was an avid bowler and participated in Special Olympics Bowling competitions.

He was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Ann Patrylow Honimar.

Surviving are his sisters, Marianne Haviland and her husband, Bill, of Edison and Lynda Koch of Whiting; nieces, Cindy Salter and Janelle Rolfes and her husband Thomas; nephew, Gregory Koch; great-niece, Cassidy Salter; and great-nephews, Eddie Salter and Billy Salter.

Funeral services will take place on Monday, November 4, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. Interment will follow in Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Assumption Cemetery, Hopelawn. Visitation for family and friends will be on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
