Walter Machos passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. He was 83 years old.

Born in Newark, he resided in the Iselin section of Woodbridge Township for most of his life.

Mr. Machos was employed as a driver for Pechter's Bakery in Harrison; and was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

He was predeceased by his loving wife, Maria Machos, in 2014.

Surviving is his daughter, Maria Kutassy, and her husband, Thomas, of Lanoka Harbor; son, James Machos of Iselin; and brothers, Frank of Edison and Eddie of Menlo Park Terrance; 5 grandchildren, Nicole Wissel, Stephen Albrecht and James, Gianna and Jacklyn Machos; two great granddaughters, Keira and Aubrey.

Funeral services were private under the direction of Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, Woodbridge.
