Walter M. Bajek passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at his home in Woodbridge. He was 80 years old.

Born in Trenton, he has resided in Woodbridge for 70 years.

Mr. Bajek was employed by Bellmill Construction in Belleville for many yaers and was a communicant of Saint James Catholic Church in Woodbridge.

He was predeceased by his parents Joseph Bajek and Helen Noch Sosnowski

Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Brenda Lee Gougeon Bajek; two daughters, Starlotte Magyar of Toms River and Brenda Lee Ogonowski of Woodbridge; five sons, Bartholomew Bajek of Bartonsville, PA, Anthony Bajek of Somerset, Matthew Bajek of Doylestown, PA, Jonathan Bajek of North Carolina and Thaddeus Bajek of Woodbridge; sixteen grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home ( www.costello-greiner.com ) , 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 9:00 a.m. at Saint James Catholic Church, Woodbridge. Entombment will be in Saint James Chapel Mausoleum. Visitation for family and friends will be on Monday from 2:00 until 4:00 and 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
