Violet J. Springle passed away on Monday, November 2, 2020 at her home in Woodbridge. She was 93 years old.

Born in Perth Amboy, she resided there for many years before moving to Woodbridge in 1993.

Mrs. Springle was employed as a cafeteria worker with the Perth Amboy Board of Education for 27 years before her retirement in 2002; and was a communicant of Good Shepherd Parish in Hopelawn.

She was predeceased by her husband, Sigmund Springle, in 1980; parents, Mary and Walter Warzybok; mother and father in law, Josephine and Joseph Springel; sisters, Josephine DeToro and Mary Cunningham; brothers, Anton, Stanley and Julius Warzybok; and nephew, Joseph DeToro.

Surviving are her daughter, Nancy Springle of Woodbridge; nephew, Glen Cunningham and his wife, Laura; great nieces, Dana Cascone and her husband, Kevin, and Kristen Ballard and her husband, Taylor; and great- great nephew, Vincent Cascone.

A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, November 13, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Parish, Hopelawn. Interment will be private.
