Vincent Bruno passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025 at his home in Bridgewater. He was 71 years old.

Born on January 16, 1954 in Jersey City to the late Maria and Rinaldo Bruno, he resided in the Sewaren section of Woodbridge Township for 35 years before moving to Bridgewater this past year.

Surviving are his loving wife of 37 years, Benita Batista Bruno; and daughters, Amelia Bruno and Samantha Bruno.

Vinnie was employed as an administrator with Laguardia Community College in Queens, NY for 25 years before his retirement in 2015. In his retirement, Vinnie spent most of his time lecturing on The Beatles and many other musicians of the 50s, 60s, and 70s all over the country. Through his presentations, Vinnie spread his love of the music and the history to thousands of people, touching their hearts and souls through his passionate, engaging storytelling.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Saturday, August 16th, 2025 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. In honor of Vinnie's love for all things rock and roll, we encourage you to wear anything Beatles or music related to the service.
