Veronica D. Schnepf passed away on Friday, June 30, 2017 at Parker at Landing Lane in New Brunswick. She was 82 years old.

Veronica was employed as an Administrative Assistant With General Dynamics Corporation in Avenel for many years.

She was a communicant of Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Avenel; and was also past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 7164 and Golden Circle, Avenel Seniors.

She loved being with family, traveling and helping others, including volunteering with the Saint Vincent DePaul Society for many years.

She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Schnepf; siblings, John Klena and Frederick Klena, Jr.; and daughter in law, Debra Schnepf.

She is survived by her sons, Richard, Brian and his wife, Elizabeth and Barry and his wife, Patricia; grandchildren, Ryan and his wife, Carla, Emily, Eric and Lauren; great grandson, Tyler; and siblings, Mary Anne Yarmolovich, Carolyn Glosser, Thomas Klena and Dorothy Skelly.

Visitation will be on Sunday, July 2, 2017 from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. and on Monday, July 3, 2017 from 8:30 until 9:00 a.m. at Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. Funeral services will take place on Monday at 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home thence to Saint Andrew Church where a Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Entombment will follow at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge.
