Trevor Michael Conroy, age 38, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, surrounded by his family.

Trevor was born in Manhattan, NY and raised in Colonia, NJ. He moved to Lanoka Harbor, 15 years ago.

Trevor was a 1998 graduate of JFK Memorial High School in Iselin, where he was a pitcher and right fielder for the Kennedy Mustang. Trevor was a self-employed carpenter working towards achieving his framing license.   He played competitive fast pitch softball and was an avid weight lifter.

He was predeceased by his father, Edward M. Conroy, in 1996.

Trevor is survived by his mother, Gwen Conroy; Stepfather Giuseppe Calello; step siblings Carrie, Christina and Michael; girlfriend Kelly Horvath; daughter, Eilee Ember Conroy and two step children Braiden and Avery; two brothers, Todd Conroy, his wife Jennie and their two children Blake and Olivia; Troy Conroy and Krista, and their two children Lillyana and Leyla, of Edison.

Trevor's final act of kindness was giving the gift of life to 3 organ recipients in the NY/NJ area. Trevor's heart gave someone the gift of life, on Valentine's Day.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 16 ^th from 2pm – 6pm at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge, NJ. A funeral service will take place at 6pm. Cremation will be private.
