Todd J.
Dubay
February 16, 1966 — September 22, 2021
Woodbridge
T odd J. Dubay passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at JFK Medical Center in Edison after a five year battle with prostate cancer. He was fifty-five years old.
Born in Perth Amboy, Todd was a lifelong resident of Woodbridge.
He was most recently employed with the Middlesex County Road Department for the past three years. He was also plant manager with Lamitech, Inc. in Cranbury for many years.
Todd was a communicant of Saint James Catholic Church in Woodbridge, an active Band Parent at Woodbridge High School, a member of the Tri-State Mopar Club, and a member of the Historical Association of Woodbridge Township.
He loved anything with wheels - and because he only had so much space for cars, he decided to start restoring vintage bicycles. Since he started, it was difficult to catch him not speaking about his latest find. He had a very profound appreciation for music and loved watching the Yankees in the summer and the Jets in the winter.
He was predeceased by his parents, Dorothy and Ernest Dubay.
Surviving are his wife of thirty-two years, Tara Ringwood Dubay; sons, Conner Dubay and his wife, Thalia, of San Francisco Bay Area, California and Spencer Dubay of Woodbridge; sister, Kim Hanley of Florida; brother Mark Dubay of Florida; mother-in-law Helen Ringwood; and his many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will take place on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 9:45 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Saint James Catholic Church, Woodbridge. Interment will be in Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation for family and friends will be on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to We Feed Woodbridge 2 George Fredrick Plaza, Woodbridge, NJ 07095 would be greatly appreciated by his family, who also asks that, in Todd's memory, everyone make appointments for prostate exams, mammograms, and colonoscopies for themselves.
