Thomas Joseph Zurich passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. He was 72 years old.

Born on July 26, 1952 in Newark to the late Angela and Joseph Zurich, he was a longtime resident of the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township; and, most recently, resided in North Brunswick.

Mr. Zurich was employed as an assembler with General Motors Corporation in Linden.

Surviving are his sister, Joanne Zurich, of Brick; and brothers, Ronald Zurich of Lewes, DE and Kenneth Zurich of Stockholm.

Funeral services will take place on Monday, September 16, 2024 at 10:15 a.m. at Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. Interment will follow in Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation will be on Monday morning beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers contributions to the Mental Health Association in New Jersey (mhanj.org) in Mr. Zurich's memory would be greatly appreciated by his family.
