Thomas M. Bruno passed away on Monday, October 16, 2017 at his home in the Flagtown section of Hillsborough Township. He was 64 years old.

He was born in Newark and has lived in Flagtown for the past 17 years.

Mr. Bruno was employed as an operating engineer by Koerner Crane Company in Rockaway for the last 5 years, was a communicant of Saint Ann's Catholic Church in Raritan and belonged to Local 825 of the International Union of Operating Engineers in Springfield.

He was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Marie Lodato Bruno and a brother, Anthony Bruno.

Surviving are his wife of 25 years, Diana Brons Bruno; children, Susan and Peter Bruno, of Flagtown; sister, Patty Roche and her husband, Maverick, of North Arlington; sister in law, Judy Bruno, of Keyport; and niece, Tara Abbondante.

A Committal service will take place on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Gertrude Cemetery Mausoleum, Colonia under the direction of the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home in Woodbridge .
