Suzanne T. Conlan Hofacker of the Colonia section of Woodbridge Township passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at The New Jersey Veterans Home at Menlo Park. She was 86 years old. Born in Newark, NJ; She resided in Colonia most of her life. Mrs. Hofacker was a Communicant of St. John Vianney R.C. Church in Colonia. She was predeceased by her husband Albert Hofacker; two Sons Paul Hofacker and Thomas Hofacker; and a daughter Mary Hofacker. She is survived by six daughters Linda Conlan, Jane Sucar and her husband Steve, Sue Ellen Socha, Gail Breda and her husband Thomas, Joan Raffele, and Julie Egan; two sons Daniel Hofacker and his wife Lynn, and Michael Hofacker and his wife Mary Ann; a daughter in law, Linda Hofacker; 23 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral will take place Thursday 8:45 a.m. from Costello-Koyen Funeral Home (www.Costello-koyen.com) 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. A 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will take place at St. John Vianney R.C. Church, Colonia. Interment will be in St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia.
