Susan Olesky of Piscataway passed away on Saturday, April 16. 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital at Rahway with her daughter by her bedside.  She was 90 years old.

Born in Newark, NJ; She resided in Denville and Kearney most of her life before moving to Piscataway 7 years ago.

Mrs. Olesky was an Administrator in the dietary department at St. Claire's Hospital in Denville for 30  years before retiring.

She was a devoted Roman Catholic; she enjoyed card parties and making Mudslides with her siblings.

She was predeceased by her husband William Michael Olesky and her son William Michael Olesky III; her siblings Anna Sellari, Mary Cappola, Jean Russo, Carmen, Phil, Joseph, Anthony, and Dominick Capriglione and seven other brothers and sister that passed away at a young age

She is survived by her daughter Wendy Bottone and her husband Anthony of Plainfield; her daughter-in-law Denise and her daughter Nicole; her grandchildren Luigi Bottone, Nichole Bottone, Tonimarie Bottone-Maiorana and her husband Joseph, Jenna Sue Olesky; her great-grandchildren Ninamarie, Robert, Luigi, and Joseph; many nieces and nephews and cousins.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Costello-Koyen Funeral Home (costello-koyen.com), 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. Family and friends are to meet directly at church on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint James Catholic Church, Springfield. Entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park in Union, NJ.
