Su Chang Chon passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at JFK Medical Center in Edison. He was 83 years old.

Born in Seoul, Korea, he has resided in Woodbridge for many years.

Mr. Chon was a self employed mechanic and machinist

Surviving are his wife, Ryong Soon Kim; children, Gye Hyong, Tina Vouloumanos and her husband Jim, Jodi Chon and Sang Chon and his wife Samantha; and three grandchildren.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday, May 12, 2018, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral, 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue in Woodbridge. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Hazel Wood Cemetery, Clark.
