Stella E. Geraci, 85, of Colonia, NJ passed away peacefully in her home on Friday evening, August 25, 2017.

She was born in Newark and has resided in Colonia for 57 years.

Mrs. Geraci was a communicant of Saint John Vianney Catholic Church; and was a member of Saint John's Seniors, Evergreen Seniors and the Colonia Country Club.

She enjoyed dancing, golf and playing bridge.

Stella was predeceased by her loving husband of 44 years, Julius P. Geraci; siblings, Louis Berkowicz, Julie Osiecki, Irene Roth, Helen Owsiak and Theodore Berkowicz as well as her longtime companion, Joseph Bisogna.

Surviving are her daughters, Gail Geraci of West Orange, Juli Geraci-Schaber of Ortley Beach and Rosanne Geraci-Waltman and her husband, Brian, of Colonia; grandchildren, Amanda Geraci, Jared Schaber, Adam Troeder and his wife, Angelica, James Schaber, Abigail Troeder, Christopher Waltman and Nicholas Waltman. She will be deeply missed by her friends and family including her sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral services will be on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. from the Costello-Koyen Funeral Home (www. costello-koyen.com) 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 9:30 a.m. at Saint John Vianney Catholic Church, Colonia. Entombment will be in Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visiting hours will be on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
