Stelios Psarianos passed away on Saturday May 4, 2024 at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. He was 83 years old.

Born on March 31, 1941 to the late George and Vasiliki Psarianos in Petries, Evia, Greece he resided in Woodbridge prior to moving to Warren 6 years ago.

Mr. Psarianos was employed as a chef prior to his retirement; and belonged to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Westfield.

In addition to his parents Stelios was predeceased by his brother John Psarianos; and daughter in law, Helen Psarianos.

Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Stella Psarianos; son, George Psarianos, of Warren; beloved grandchildren, twins, Stella and Stelios, and Melina Psarianos; sister, Maria Psarianos; and brothers, Christos Psarianos, Bill Psarianos and Niko Psarianos.

Funeral services will take place on Friday May 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Westfield. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Westfield. Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday May 9, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge.
