Sharon M. Bodnar passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. She was 81 years old.

Born on April 11, 1943 in Staten Island, NY to the late Eleanor and Elliott Decker, she resided in Woodbridge before moving to Gouldsboro, PA 20 years ago.

Mrs. Bodnar was employed in the housekeeping department of various area hotels and also worked as a groundskeeper at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge.

She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Woodbridge Memorial Post 4410, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Woodbridge.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son, Scott Turk, in 2006; and her brother Edward Decker.

Surviving are her children, Daniel Turk and his wife, Debra, Susan Einhorn, Crystal Crosby and Travis Turk and his wife, Karen; her sister Lynn Morris; twelve grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services were private under the direction of Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge.
