Dr. Sebastian Ignatius Olawale Kabiawu, MD (a.k.a. Dr. 'K', a.k.a. Kabi) passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife and children on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at his home in Vauxhall. He was 68 years old.

Dr. Kabiawu was an MD Internal Medicine Endocrinologist working at Newark Community Health Centers, Inc., East Orange General Hospital, Irvington General Hospital and several clinics around New Jersey. Lecturer at LUTH (1976-1983), General Hospital, Lagos (1983-1988), Head of Ikeja General Hospital (1988-1999)

He was a man of the people and a patient and lovinglistener.
