Sara Ann "Sally" Crowe of West Windsor passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at The University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. She was no longer young, but she was never old.

Born in Perth Amboy, she resided in Woodbridge most of her life before moving to West Windsor in 1999.

Sally was employed with the Woodbridge Board of Education for more than 30 years retiring in 2000 as the Executive Secretary to The Board Secretary.

She was a proud member of the New Jersey Education Association.

Sally enjoyed nothing more than being with her family where song, laughter and love were plentiful. Her close friends in Woodbridge and West Windsor greatly enhanced her happiness. She left a lifetime of wonderful memories including 21 years of family summer vacations on Long Beach Island, spectacular home-cooked meals, and beautiful abundant gardens.

She was predeceased by her husband Edward J. Crowe, Sr. who passed away in 1992; her parents William and Madeline Reilly Kinnelly; two brothers William Kinnelly and John Kinnelly.

Sally is survived by a daughter Madeline "Lynn" M. Crowe and her spouse Nancy Chenoweth of New Hope, PA; three sons Edward J. Crowe, Jr. and his spouse Kathleen Manning of Boston, MA, Patrick T. Crowe and his spouse Barbara Crowe of Ridgewood, and John A. Crowe of Hoboken; a sister Madeline McCallion of Snellville, Georgia; two grandchildren Emily Katherine Crowe and Michael Patrick Crowe.

Services will take place Saturday, April 8, 2017, 10:00 a.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home ( www.Costello-greiner.com ) 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. Interment will be in St. James Cemetery, Woodbridge. Visiting hours will be Friday from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
