Ruth M. DiGaudio passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at her home in Carteret. She was 103 years old.

Born in Colchester, VT, she has resided in Carteret since 1957.

Mrs. Di Gaudio was predeceased by her husband, Vincent DiGaudio, in 1983; daughter, Betty Vitanzo, in 2000; and sons, Anthony DiGaudio in 2000, Robert DiGaudio in 2004 and James Vincent DiGaudio in 2016.

Surviving are her children, Claire DiGaudio of Somerset, Frank DiGaudio of Carteret and William DiGaudio of Pawleys Island, SC; nine grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

A service will take place at her graveside in Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Friends and relatives are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street in Woodbridge.
