Rose Tattoli McCullough passed away on May 27, 2024, surrounded by her family.

Born in Hoboken on June 4, 1937 to the late Corrado and Frances Tattoli, she attended St. Francis Church and School in Hoboken. A daughter of immigrants, she was very proud of her Italian heritage. She moved to Avenel in 1962, and later resided in Colonia, Edison and Lakewood, NJ.

In addition to her parents, Rose was predeceased by her husband Ronald McCullough.

She was employed by Gulton Industries Inc.  Her three children were the center and love of her life. She was a mother, grandma and great grandma; she loved being the family matriarch. Rose was an excellent cook and cared deeply for the people she knew.  Conversation brought her great joy at church, flea markets and anywhere she found herself.

She attended Metuchen Assembly of God Church for many years.

Surviving are her daughter Donna Lepore and husband John, of Ravenel, SC; her son Todd and wife Kimberlee, of Somerset, NJ; and daughter Gail Majewski and husband Timothy, of New Tripoli, PA.  She is also survived by granddaughters Tara Zambrotta and husband David, Justine Lepore and fiancé Maciej Szypszak, Alyssa D'Agostino and husband Joshua, and Stephanie Majewski; and by great-grandchildren Sofia and Jaxson Zambrotta.

Funeral services will take place on Saturday June 8, 2024 11:00 am at St. Andrew's Church, 244 Avenel Street, Avenel. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude's Cemetery at 53 Inman Avenue in Colonia.
