Rose M. Knudsen passed away on Monday August 16, 2021 at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack. She was 65 years old.

Mrs. Knudsen was born in Brooklyn and resided in Howell before moving to Tuckerton last year.

Rose enjoyed spending time with family, especially her beloved grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Knudsen, in 2002; and parents, James Laiacona and Laura Acca.

Surviving are her daughters, Erika Deuel and her husband, Matthew, Kristin Ehrenkranz and her husband, Peter, and Lauren Baker and her husband, Gregory; sister, Vita Nahins, and her husband, Todd; brother, Joseph Laiacona, and his wife, Caroline; and grandchildren, Jayden Kemmler, Alexus Minniti, Mia Ehrenkranz, Peter Ehrenkranz, Amaya Baker and Rylan Baker.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. A Funeral service will take place during the visitation at 1:15 p.m.
