Rosa DiLauro passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016 at her home in the Port Reading section of Woodbridge Township. She was 93 years old.

Born in Turi, Italy, she has resided in Port Reading for 62 years.

Mrs. DiLauro was a communicant of Saint Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church in Port Reading; and belonged to the Port Reading Italian-American Club as well as the Port Reading Senior Citizens.

She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph DiLauro, in 2009.

Surviving are a daughter, Santa Gileta and her companion, Roy Merritt, of Toms River; sons, John of Port Reading, Pasquale and his wife, Nina, of Port Reading, Angelo and his wife, Liz, of Little Egg Harbor and Nick and his wife, Betty, of Sewaren; 10 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Port Reading. Interment will be in Saint James Cemetery, Woodbridge. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2:00 until 4:00 and 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
