Robert Ross Guellnitz, Jr. passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. He was 40 years old.

Born on September 19, 1984 in New Brunswick, he was a lifelong resident of the Colonia section of Woodbridge Township.

He was a graduate of Colonia High School, received his bachelor's degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey and owned and operated Colonial Software until last year.

Ross was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Woodbridge and the Garden State Underwater Recovery Unit in Milford; and had achieved the rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 523 in Colonia. He also enjoyed cooking, traveling and comedy shows.

His father, Robert Ross Guellnitz, passed away in 2020.

Surviving are his mother, Arlene Pateman Guellnitz; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A celebration of Ross' life will take place on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, One Trinity Lane, Woodbridge.
