Richard H. Lang passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Overlook Medical Center in Summit. He was 82 years old.

Born on November 20, 1939 in Wilkes Barre, PA to the late Verana and Conrad Lang, he has resided in the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township for the past 33 years.

Mr. Lang was a veteran of the United States Air Force and worked as a submarine inspector with General Dynamics in Avenel for many years and retired from Tyco Corporation in Clark.

He was a communicant of Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Avenel and was an avid bowler.

Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Josephine Pescatore Lang; and sons, Michael and James, both of Avenel.

Friends and relatives are invited to pay their respects on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Avenel. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
