Obituary

Rafael "Ray" Colon passed on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at his home in Woodbridge. He was 50 years old.

Born in Perth Amboy, he was a lifelong resident of Woodbridge.

Ray was a self-employed contractor in the Woodbridge area; and owned Extreme Rods and Ray's Shoe Repair.

An avid outdoorsman, Ray loved hunting, fishing and boating.

He is survived by his parents, Elizabeth and Frank Travisano, of Brick; girlfriend, Laura Rogers; brothers, Joseph Colon and his wife, Kate, of Brick and Frank Travisano of Pennsylvania; sister, Sherri Cagnina, and her husband, Sal, of Manalapan; niece, Mariah; nephews, Joseph, Michael, Angelo, Salvatore and Jordan; and many loving cousins and friends.

A prayer services will be celebrated on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. Visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
