Peter James Berko of Sayreville, NJ passed away at home on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 after a long illness.  He was 33 years old.

Peter was born in Elizabeth, NJ and grew up in Avenel, before moving to Sayreville in 2022.

Mr. Berko was often referred to as 'the jack of all trades' and could fix anything. He was a Master Mechanic with Holt Machinery in Sayreville, and employed by Woodbridge Pool and Ski Shop.

He was predeceased by his parents Peter C. Berko and Colleen Mickla Berko; and his loving grandmother Jacqueline A. Caffiero.

He is survived by his Brother Robert Cella Jr. of Maryland, and his puppies Harley and Diesel.

A memorial visitation will take place Saturday January 21, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street, Avenel
