Patrick Shamus Wright passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025 at his home in the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township. He was 47 years old.

Born Easton, PA on August 9, 1977 he has resided in Avenel for the past twelve years.

Mr. Wright was a 1996 graduate of Piscataway Vo-Tech and the Cittone Institute in 2002. Patrick was employed as a stower with amazon.com at their Linden Warehouse for the last five years.

Patrick was a Bass guitar player in his youth and was a member of various Metal Garage Bands that played venues such as Club Bene in Sayreville and the Stone Pony in Asbury Park. Surviving are his beloved daughter, Madeleine Wright; parents, Sharon and Lawrence Wright, Sr.; brother, Lawrence Wright, Jr.; niece, Chloe Wright; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services were private under the direction of Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge.
