Patrick J. Burns passed away on Wednesday October 27, 2021 at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ. He was 67 years old.

Born in Newark, he resided in Iselin, NJ for the last 35 years.

Mr. Burns was a member of PBA, and was a member of Saint James Catholic Church in Woodbridge. Patrick also served as a State Corrections Officer for 25 years at East Jersey state prison.

He was predeceased by his daughter Shannon Victoria.

Mr. Burns is survived by his wife Kathleen of 39 years; children, Lauren Ashley Burns of Iselin and Ryan Paul Burns of Fords; a brother, Michael Burns of Roselle; and fur grandchildren, Cosmo and Bailey.

Visitation for family and friends will take place Saturday October 30, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street Woodbridge, NJ.

Cremation will be private.
