Patricia A. Nixon passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Roosevelt Care Center in Edison. She was 90 years old.

Born in Jersey City, she has resided in Woodbridge since 1969.

Patricia was a Lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #7164 Ladies Auxiliary, the American Irish Association of Woodbridge and the Red Hatters; and was a devoted communicant of Saint James Roman Catholic Church.

Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and sister. She loved spending time with her family.

She was predeceased by her husband, George F. Nixon; son, James Nixon; and brothers, Thomas, Edward and Vincent McGann.

Surviving are her children, Patricia Nixon and her partner, Ben Trachanovicz of Sevierville, TN, Eileen Brown and her husband Ed of Jacksonville, FL, Maureen Marino and husband Joe, of Edison, Robert Nixon and his wife Michele of Millstone, Christine Nixon and her wife Lori Eckhardt of Port Monmouth; grandchildren, Steven, Melissa, Justin, Lauren, Ryah, Anna, Xan, Liam and Sarah; and great-grandchildren, Tyler, Aiden, Aubrey and Ryan. She is also survived by her sisters, Barbara Reitmann and Joan Ward; and many in-laws, nieces and nephews whom she cherished.

Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 9:45 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Saint James Catholic Church, Woodbridge.  Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Iselin. Visiting hours will be on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
