Patricia A. Malik of Woodbridge passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at JFK Medical Center in Edison.  She was 82 years old.

Born in South Amboy, NJ; she resided in Woodbridge for the past 50 years.

Mrs. Malik was employed at Two Guy's and in The Deli Department at Shop-Rite Supermarkets for 30 years retiring from the Woodbridge Location in 2007.

She was a Communicant of St. James R.C. Church in Woodbridge and played a very active role in Malik Racing for many years.

She was predeceased by her parents John and Sophie Waiter Bukowczyk; her sister Mary Chevalier; and a brother Joseph Bukowczyk.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years John E. Malik, Jr.; a daughter Sharon Behr of Sayreville; her son Edward Malik and his wife Helmy Yanti of Rahway;  two grandchildren Alyssa Behr and Tristan Behr.

Funeral services will take place on Friday, November 15, 2024 8:30 am from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street Woodbridge, NJ 07095.  A 9:00 am Funeral Liturgy will follow at St. James R.C. Church, Woodbridge.  Interment will be in St. Gertrudes Cemetery, Colonia. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
