Patricia Dunn Kowitski of the Port Reading section of Woodbridge Township passed away at AristaCare at Cedar Oaks on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.  She was 68 years old.

Born on September 12, 1955 in Staten Island, NY to the late William and Yoko Murakami Dunn she resided in Sewaren and Manasquan before moving to Port Reading 3 years ago.

Pattie was a loving sister, wife and Aunt whose kindness, thoughtfulness, and sense of humor brought joy, warmth, and comfort to her friends and family.  She had an adventurous spirit and loved music, motorcycles and travelling.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her beloved family.

Pattie owned & operated Manasquan Kayak for many years with her husband Mark; and also belonged to the American Legion Post 87 Auxiliary in Woodbridge.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Mark Napowanetz, in 2018; and sister, Doris Dunn Narkum, in 2016.

She is survived by her sister, Joyce Dunn DiNardo and Neil Goodheart of  Sewaren; brothers Michael and Renai Dunn of Pennsylvania and Danny and Pat Dunn of Port Reading; nieces and nephews, Krystle Amundson, Jason DiNardo, Derek DiNardo, Danny Dunn and Amanda Dunn; and her treasured great nieces and great nephews, Logan, Dylan, Skyla, Aiden, Jordan, Noah, Leah, Jonah and Abel.

A funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. and a memorial service will be held by the American Legion Post 87 Auxiliary at 2:30 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. Cremation will be private. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Saturday beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
