Patricia Grad passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Somerset in Somerville. She was 69 years old.

Born on June 14, 1952 to the late Mary and Nicholas Pavlonnis in Perth Amboy, she resided in Woodbridge before moving to Bedminster 23 years ago.

Mrs. Grad was a licensed practical nurse for many years, most recently with Care One at Somerset Valley in Bound Brook, before her retirement in August of 2021.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her stepfather, Fred Moyle.

Surviving are her husband of 23 years, Jerry Grad; daughters, Deana Cilento of Dallas, GA, Shantay Gomez-Giraldo of Clairmont, FL and Azure D. Castro of York, PA; sister, Paula Moyle, of Metuchen; brothers, Nicholas Moyle of Sea Girt, Bill Moyle of Metuchen and Fred Moyle of Roswell, GA; step daughters, Emily Grad of Demarest and Meredith Han of Livingston; grandchildren, Alyssa, Emonie, Jaden, Robert, Tony, Dejah, Jordan, Symone, Olivia, Theo and Evelyn; and great granddaughter, Tessa.

Friends and relatives are invited to pay their respects on Friday, April 8, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street, Woodbridge.

In lieu of flowers contributions to Saint Hubert's Animal Welfare Center (sthuberts.org) in Mrs. Grad's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
