Otilia Rodriguez of the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township passed away on Friday, February 15, 2013 at Delaire Care Center in Linden. She was 76 years old. Born in Guayama, Puerto Rico She resided in Brooklyn before moving to Avenel 20 years ago. Mrs. Rodriguez was a Teacher's Aide in Newark before working as a housekeeper at JFK Medical Center in Edison retiring in 2001. She was predeceased by her brother Adolofo Rodriguez. She is survived by two daughters Michelle McAteer and her husband Robert of Linden, and Diane Gomez and her husband Josue of Avenel; three grandchildren Tianna Lynn Gomez, Emily Rose Gomez, and Kelly Rose McAteer; a sister Nilda Vega of Puerto Rico; two brothers Ray Sulivere and Ruffino Rodriguez both of Puerto Rico. Funeral will take place on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 9:30 a.m. at the Central Baptist Church 505 Wylie Street, Avenel. Entombment will follow at Woodbridge Memorial gardens, Woodbridge. Visitation will be Monday, February 18, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at The Central Baptist Church 505 Wylie Street, Avenel.
