Norma Dossena Francis passed away on Friday, July 8, 2016 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was 74 years old.

Born on November 22, 1941 in Perth Amboy, she has resided in Edison for 53 years.

Mrs. Francis was a graduate of Saint Michael's School of Nursing in Newark and was employed by the Edison Township Department of Health for 29 years.

She was a communicant of Trinity Episcopal Church in Woodbridge where she served as the directress of the Altar Guild, coordinator of the food pantry and was a member of Saint Anne's Unit.

Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Allen Francis; daughters, Sharon Bonventure of Carteret and Tara Molesky of Woodbridge; a son, Patrick, of Stamford, CT; grandchildren, Alexander and Cassandra Bonventure of Carteret; sister, Virginia Dossena of Woodbridge; and brother, Fred Dossena, of Louisville, KY.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, Woodbridge. Entombment will follow in Saint James Chapel Mausoleum, Hopelawn. Visitation will be on Monday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Trinity Church, Woodbridge. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Costello-Greiner Funeral Home , 44 Green Street, Woodbridge.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Trinity Church Restoration Fund, 650 Rahway Avenue, Woodbridge, NJ 07095 in Mrs. Francis' memory would be greatly appreciated by the family.
