Natalie J. Berwick passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Embassy Manor at Edison Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was 89 years old.

Born on December 30, 1932 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Catherine and Francis Kordelski, she resided in Richmond Hill, NY for nearly 30 years before moving to the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township in 1994.

Mrs. Berwick was employed as an administrative assistant with Irving Trust/Bank of New York for more than 15 years prior to her retirement in the early '90s.

She was a communicant of Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Avenel.

In addition to her parents, Natalie was predeceased by her husband, George J. Berwick, in 2011.

Surviving are her children, Andrew M. Berwick of Avenel, George F. Berwick of Avenel and Donna Cardone and her husband, Anthony, of Woodbridge; and grandson, Christopher Cardone.

Friends and relatives are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. Funeral services will take place on Thursday morning, May 5 at 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 9:30 a.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church. Interment will be in Saint Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Mrs. Berwick's memory, a charity she long supported, would be greatly appreciated by her family.
