Michael J. Peto passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at his home in the Edison. He was 62 years old. Born in Perth Amboy, he has resided in Edison since 1993. Mr. Peto was self-employed roofer for many years. Surviving are his longtime partner, Eileen Straub; a son, Steven Peto; four sisters, Barbara Peto, Cheryl Drzewoszewski, Anita Devorak and Susan Peto; two brothers, Thomas and Ronald Peto; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and great niece and nephew Ava Adora and Greyson Liam Devorak Funeral services will be on Wednesday, October 2, 2013, 8:45 p.m. at the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. Cremation will be private. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 7:00 pm until 8:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
