Michael Holland of Woodbridge passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at JFK Medical Center in Edison.  He was 87 years old.

Born in Brooklyn, NY; He resided in Fords and Las Vegas before moving to Woodbridge 10 years ago.

Mr. Holland was a United States Airforce Veteran serving during the Korean War.

He was a Television repairman in Las Vegas and was employed as a Custodian with Woodbridge Township School System at Fords Middle School.

He was predeceased by his wife Esther Holland who passed away in 2011; his parents Carl Holland and Frieda Leitstein Holland; his sister Laura Shapiro; and Brothers Alvin Holland and Jack Holland.

Surviving are his children Lori Finn and her husband Gerry of Long Island and Darren Holland and his wife Kimberly of Woodbridge; his grandchildren Amanda, Jessica (Nick), Matthew, Brooke, and Ryan; a great-granddaughter Riley; and a child of the heart Adrian White.

The graveside funeral services will take place Thursday, October 5, 2023 11:00 am at Mount Carmel Cemetery 5780 Cooper Avenue, Ridgewood, NY 11385.

The family will have a memorial gathering on Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at The Avenel Firehouse 346 Avenel Street, Avenel, NJ 07001.
