Michael Anthony Buttitta of the Iselin section of Woodbridge Township passed away on Monday February 20, 2017. He was 24 years old.

Born in Edison, he was a lifelong resident of Iselin.

Mr. Buttitta was a 2010 Graduate of John F. Kennedy Memorial High School in Iselin where he was a member of the wrestling team.

He was employed as a Safety Officer with I.S.S.I. Staffing.

Michael was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Stanley and Florence Taylor; his paternal grandmother, Margaret Buttitta.

Surviving by are parents, Carl A. and Donna Taylor Buttitta; a sister, Madison Buttitta, of Iselin; a brother Peter Buttitta of Iselin, a nephew Jack Ryan, a brother Carl Buttitta, of Iselin; his paternal grandfather Peter Buttitta of Howell; his aunts and uncles, Ginger Taylor of Florida, Barbara and John Bronneck of North Carolina, Stan and Debbie Taylor of Colonia, Maryann and Chris Hart of Fords, Toniann and Danny Sabba of Howell and John and Maria Buttitta of Manalapan; and seventeen cousins.

A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Avenel. Cremation will be private. The family will begin receiving friends and relatives at 12:30 p.m. at the church.
