Melody Elizabeth Bialkowski of the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016 at Home. She was 18 years old.

Born in Livingston, NJ; She resided in Avenel all of her life.

She was a Communicant of St. Andrew's R.C. Church in Avenel and attended The Central Baptist Church of Avenel.

Melody was a member of the Middlesex County Vocational Technical School, East Brunswick class of 2016, where she belonged to the Future Farmers of America Club.

She was a graduate of the La Creme School of Modeling and Acting in Moutainside, She was a member of the Woodbridge Challenger Cheer Squad, The Girl Scouts of America in Woodbridge Carteret, and attended The Woodbridge School of Dance.

Melody was predeceased by her paternal grandparents Walter S. and Elizabeth T. Bialkowski; her maternal grandparents Edward M. And Elizabeth M. Myers.

She is survived by her parents Thomas and Kim Bialkowski; her brother Stephen Bialkowski of Avenel; three Uncles M. William Myers of Maryland, Walter Bialkowski of New York, and Kenneth Bialkowski of Perth Amboy; and her Shih Tzu Thor.

Funeral will take place Monday 8:45 a.m. from Costello-Koyen Funeral Home ( www.Costello-koyen.com ) A 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will take place at St. Andrew's R.C. Church, Avenel Interment will be in Rosedale Memorial Park, Linden.

Visiting hours will be Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
