Obituary

Matthew Sacripanti of Toms River passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. He was 81 years old. Born in Rahway, NJ; He resided in Hillside most of his life before moving to Toms River five years ago. Mr. Sacripanti was employed as an Auto Mechanic for Twin Boro Ford in Roselle Park and Loman Ford in Woodbridge for 47 years retiring in 2005. Mr. Sacripanti was predeceased by three sisters Helen Rauch, Ann Cartiglia, and Rose Velotti; and a brother Anthony Sacripamti. He is survived by two daughters Cheryl Sacripanti of Toms River, and Lisa Ribaudo and her husband Daniel of Flemington; two sons Matthew Sacripanti, Jr. and his wife Dara of Clifton, and Mark Sacripanti of Old Bridge; his sister Jean Sacripanti of Iselin; a sister-in-law Janet Sacripanti of Avenel; four grandchildren Matthew Sacripanti, Caitlyn Ribaudo, Caroline Sacripanti, and Sarah Ribaudo; and many nieces and nephews Funeral will take place Thursday, April 16, 2015 9:00 a.m. from Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. A 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will take place at St. Andrew's R.C. Church, Avenel. Cremation will be private. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
