Maryrose Buonomo of the Port Reading section of Woodbridge Township passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Rahway. She was 77 years old. Born in Jersey City, NJ; She resided in Port Reading since 1966. Mrs. Buonomo was a Communicant of St. Anthony's R.C. Church in Port Reading. Maryrose was the Parish secretary for St. Andrew's R.C. Church in Avenel for the past 21 years. She was predeceased by her parents James and Julia Davis. Surviving are her loving husband of 57 years Anthony Buonomo; a son Tucker Buonomo and his wife Teresa of Old Bridge; a grandson Elijah; a sister Carolann Barbieri of Wayne; a brother James Davis of Bayonne; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral will take place Monday, October 19, 2015 8:45 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. a 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will take place at St. Anthony's R.C. Church, Port Reading. Entombment will be in St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia.
