Marion J. Markey of Westfield passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Westfield Center Care Center in Westfield. She was 88 years old.

Born in Jersey City, NJ; She resided in Colonia most of her life.

Mrs. Markey was employed as a Teachers Aid at The Learning Tree Pre School in Iselin for many years before retiring.

She was a Communicant of St. Andrew's R.C. Church in Avenel.

Marion was predeceased by her husband Christopher Edward Markey who passed away in 2001; two brothers Anthony Monaco and Danny Monaco.

Surviving are three daughters Deborah Giedosh and her husband Stephen of Alaska, Denise Mosier and her husband Paul of Westfield, and Tina Markey of Westfield; six grandchildren Rebecca, Stephen, John, William, Katherine, and Michael; two great-grandchildren Olivia and Max.

Cremation was private.

A memorial mass will be announced.
