Marie Koval passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at the Elms at Cranbury. She was 93 years old.

Born in McAdoo, PA, she resided in Avenel for many years before moving to Monroe Township in 2017.

Mrs. Koval was a devoted communicant of Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Avenel.

She was predeceased by her husband, Michael Koval, Jr., in 1979; and sister, Peggy LaRose.

Surviving are her daughter, Lori Koval and her husband, Wayne Stegiel, of Monroe Township; and sisters, Dorothy Sundra of Hazelton, PA and Terry Kapes of Sayreville.

Funeral services will take place on Friday, November 13, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Avenel. Interment will be in Clover Leaf Memorial Park, Woodbridge. Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday morning beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Stray Rescue of Saint Louis, 2320 Pine Street, Saint Louis, MO 63103 in Mrs. Marie Koval's memory would be appreciated by her family.
