Marie Capitano of the Iselin section of Woodbridge Township passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was 71 years old. Born in Bayonne, NJ: She resided in Colonia for 30 Years before moving to Iselin 6 Years ago. Mrs. Capitano ws employed as a Secretary for The Middlesex County Sheriff's Department for 30 years retiring in 2007. She was a Communicant of St. Cecelia's R.C. Church in Iselin; and a member of various civic organiztions. She was predeceased by her parents John and Anna Filcrino Cimello; and a brother Albert Cimello Mrs. Capitano is survived by her husband of 50 Years Peter Capitano; a daughter Jeannine Ryan and her husband Patrick of Woodbridge; a son Peter Capitano and his wife Sharon of Jackson; a brother John Cimello of Bayonne; 2 grandchildren Ryan and Alyssa. Funeral will take place Saturday, December 21, 2013 9:15 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral home 44 Green Street @ Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. Cremation will be private. Visitation will be Friday from4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
