Margaret Zimmermann passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024 at AristaCare at Manchester Nursing Center in Manchester Township. She was 84 years old.

Born on March 10, 1940 to the late Julia and John Szipszky in Elizabeth, she resided in Avenel and Fort Lauderdale, FL before moving to Jackson in 2010.

Mrs. Zimmermann was employed as a school bus driver with George Dapper Bus Company in Iselin; and had previously worked as a hairdresser at various salons in the Union County area.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a sister, Julia Cullen; and brother, John Szipszky.

Surviving are her daughters, Kim Zimmermann of Woodbridge and Lori Fattorosi and her husband, Ernie, of Toms River; grandchildren, Joey Fatorosi and his wife, Heather, and Nichole Fatorosi; and great grandchildren, Ozzy, Leo, Julien and Naiomi.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, Woodbridge.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association in Mrs. Zimmermann's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
