Margaret "Peggy" Malhiot Diebold passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at the Chelsea Assisted Living facility in Bridgewater. She was 87 years old.

Born in Newark, she resided in Woodbridge, and was employed as an assembler with Emerson Quiet Cool in Avenel. Peggy loved animals, gardening and spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be sadly missed and will remain forever in our hearts.

She was predeceased by her husbands, Frank Malhiot and Stanley Diebold; daughter, Kim Viaculivich; and son, Eric Malhiot.

Surviving are her loving six children, Marshall Malhiot and wife Anita of Gardena California, Jackie and husband Michael Scott of Bridgewater NJ, Gina Gibbons of Wilmington Delaware, Victor Malhiot of Cranbuy NJ, Frank Malhiot and his wife Denise of Orlando Florida and Peter Deckenbach of Wilmington Delaware; five cherished grandchildren, Christian, Winstan, Michaela, Matthew and Stephen.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home ( www.costello-greiner.com ), 44 Green Street in Woodbridge . Entombment will follow at Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday morning beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
