Madlyn K. Munn passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018. She was 88 years old.

She was born in, and a lifelong resident of, Woodbridge.

Mrs. Munn was a graduate of Woodbridge High School.

She was predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Julia Gyenes Kovach; sisters, Marian, Margaret and Julie; and brothers, Andrew, Paul, Joseph and Steven Kovach.

Surviving are her loving husband of 64 years, William Howard Munn; her devoted son, Howard T. Munn and his wife, Dianna, of Woodbridge; grandchildren, whom were her pride & joy, Kyle Thomas Munn and Caroline Elizabeth Munn; and sisters-in-law, Vivian Distefano of Perth Amboy and Margaret Kovach of Edison.

Funeral services will take place on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home ( www.costello-greiner.com ) 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. A funeral service will follow at 9:45 a.m. at Hazelwood Cemetery Chapel, Clark with interment to follow at the cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers contributions to Woodbridge Animal Shelter, 195 Woodbridge Avenue, Sewaren, NJ 07077 in Madlyn's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
