Lysa Colonna passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017 at her home in Woodbridge. She was 58 years old.

Born in Montclair, she resided in West Orange before moving to Woodbridge 25 years ago.

Lysa was employed by Woodbridge Township for the past 18 years and was Secretary to the Planning Board for the past 10 years.

She was predeceased by her parents, Goldie and Norman Stern.

Surviving are her husband of 33 years, Paul Colonna; daughter, Samantha Gerity and her husband, Leon, of Woodbridge; brother, David Stern, of Taunton, MA; and granddaughter, Rory Colonna, of Woodbridge.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street, Woodbridge.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org), 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in Lysa's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
