Lynne Nina Levay Jasper passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022. She was 69 years old.

Born in Perth Amboy on June 15, 1953 to the late Olga and Louis Levay, Jr., she resided there, and in Woodbridge, before moving to Fords in 2001.

Mrs. Jasper was employed as a 911 communications officer with the Woodbridge Township Police Department for 30 years before retiring in 2015.

She was a devoted animal lover, enjoyed decorating for holidays. Lynne especially loved the Jersey Shore life, boating, fishing and days in the sand.

In addition to her parents, Lynne was predeceased by her brother, Louis Levay III.

Surviving are her sons, Kevin Jasper and his wife, Maureen, of Bridgewater and Joseph Jasper II of Fords .

Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. A celebration of Lynne's life will take place on Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
