Lucy Trackim of the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital at Rahway. She was 83 years old. Born in Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania; She resided in Elizabeth before moving to Avenel in 1985. Lucy was a housekeeper at Holy Rosary Rectory in Elizabeth for 16 years retiring in 1985. Mrs. Trackim was a Communicant of St. Andrews R.C. Church in Avenel. She is survived by her husband Edward Trackim, Sr.; a daughter Marie Trackim of Toms River; two sons Edward J. Trackim, Jr. and his wife Wendy of New Providence, NJ, and Joseph Trackim of North Chelmsford, Massachusetts; a sister Elizabeth Gresh of Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania; a brother Joseph Wargo of Delano, Pennsylvania; four grandchildren Andrew, Rachel, Jessica, and Thomas Trackim. The Funeral will take place 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 from Costello-Koyen Funeral Home (www.Costello-koyen.com), 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. A Funeral liturgy will take place 10:45 at St. Andrews R.C. Church in Avenel. Interment will be in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
